Exchange, Return & Cancellation Policies

POLICIES

We are sure that you would love our products always. They are all made to order and handcrafted to perfection. But in an extremely rare case you want to return/exchange our product, we follow a friendly policy to ensure your purchases are free of stress. We offer a “100% Buyer Protection Program” for our valued customers.

We are always with you, before and after your purchase. As an additional measure, please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.

EXCHANGE/RETURN/CANCELLATION - Within India

 

Size Exchange / Product Exchange Process

  • If any customer has any size issue with the product or wants a complete different product in place of the received one then he/she needs to mail us at hello@indubindu.com within 15 Days from the date of delivery of the parcel. The item(s) requested for exchange should be unused, unwashed, unworn and must be returned with all its packaging and tags.

 

  • If a reverse pickup facility is available on your pin code we will arrange a pick-up for the same place of delivery and re-send the new product/size. An amount of Rs 300 will be charged to process your exchange request, once it is done you are requested to share the screenshot of the payment in the same mail with us.

 

  • After the payment has been done, our customer support team shall initiate the reverse pickup via trusted courier services.

 

  • Alternatively, if you wish to send the exchange product directly to us, our team shall share the shipping/return address with you. After dispatching the item(s), we request you to share the AWB number of the return shipment along with the courier company name. Please ensure that you dispatch the items for exchange via reputed courier agencies only because INDUBINDU shall not be liable for any loss of the parcel or items during transit for the items directly shipped by the customer.

 

  • Once the product is received in our warehouse, it goes under the quality inspection department and once it is approved for unused/unwashed/new condition with all tags in place, we dispatch the requested new product/size to you within 7-10 working days.

 

  • Exchanges will only be done once per order and multiple exchanges of products on the same order will not be entertained.

 

  • There may be certain cases when the requested product size may not be available in our inventory. For such instances, our customer support team informs you about the same and shall issue a credit note/Store credit for the total item(s) amount.

 

  • Customized products are not eligible for any exchange or return.

 

  • 10-12% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please don’t expect it to be counted as defect in the product.

 

  • In the process of hand block-printing, hand embroidery work and stitching on order, variations are likely to come into existence. These irregularities are the hallmark of all handmade products and give each style a unique identity. Please don't expect it to be counted as defect in the product.

 

Return & Refund

  • INDUBINDU does not provide any returns or refunds on products once sold and delivered. We do offer an exchange option for purchased items as mentioned above.
  • Refund for any item will be in terms of credit note/ store credits only.

 

Cancellation

  • Orders once placed can be cancelled with 24 hours of placing.
  • Refund for Prepaid order will be in terms of credit note/ store credits only.

 


EXCHANGE/RETURN/CANCELLATION - Outside India

 

  • Since there are high amount of shipping charges involved for goods sold outside India, items sold outside India are final sale and is not eligible for any return or exchange.
